Mark has over 35 years experience in IT and consultancy spanning a wide range of roles and responsibilities, and for the last 28 years, Mark’s roles have all included one aspect or another of commercial management.
Mark’s commercial experience ranges from sourcing, negotiating, and contracting large multi-function sourcing deals across a variety of industry sectors, through delivery and management, to renegotiation and exit.
Amish has over 19 years of experience within the Financial Services Sector and has worked with clients such as RBS, ABN AMRO, LLoyds Banking Group and HSBC to name a few. His commercial experience spans Marketing and Communications through to IT Software, Hardware and Services. Amish has specialised in the optimisation of network and telco contracts, whilst enhancing the existing services and supplier value propositions
Antonia brings over 18 years of Business Management and Project Management experience to the team from across a number of diverse sectors including Construction, Financial Services and Telecoms. She has previously delivered transformation programmes and internal restructuring and is able to apply the very best practice to the running of our business.
Dave Edmunds has been providing Business Development, Service Management and Strategy Services, utilising his knowledge and experience gained over 35 years in business. Dave’s clients have included IAG, BAA, Balfour Beatty, LLoyds Banking Group and HSBC. Dave worked in Aviation for 30 years with a career that spanned all aspects of the business from shop floor operational management to leading an IT transformation aimed at reducing costs through outsourcing and simplification of IT Service and Applications. This has helped forge his understanding of all aspects of business cost and the effect of good management and control procedures.
