Chris has held commercial and procurement roles across publishing, media, financial services and insurance sectors, in categories ranging from IT and Digital to Facilities Management and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).  Chris’s broad expertise and pragmatic nature helps him and his teams deliver results for a client no matter the engagement.

Beth is a commercially focussed Programme Manager with over 20 years experience working across the public and private sector. She specialises in resourcing and brings a wealth of experience in workforce planning, demand management, recruitment, organisational design, capability uplift and both supplier and resource optimisation. She is passionate about helping clients drive savings out of resourcing activity without compromising quality of service. Beth’s previous clients include Lloyds Banking Group, AIRBUS, HMRC, Home Office 

Dave has been providing Commercial Management & Service Management services in various industries for over 35 years.  Dave’s clients have included International Airlines Group, BAA, Balfour Beatty, Lloyds Banking Group and HSBC.  Dave worked in Aviation for 30 years with a career that spanned all aspects of the business from shop floor operational management to leading an IT transformation aimed at reducing costs through outsourcing and simplification of IT Service and Applications. This has helped forge his understanding of all aspects of business cost and the effect of good management and control procedures.

Amish has over 20 years of experience within the Financial Services Sector and has worked with clients such as RBS, ABN AMRO, LLoyds Banking Group and HSBC to name a few. His commercial experience spans Marketing and Communications through to IT Software, Hardware and Services.  Amish has specialised  in the optimisation of network and telco contracts, whilst enhancing the existing services and supplier value propositions.

Antonia brings over 20 years of Business Management and Project Management experience to the team from across a number of diverse sectors including Construction, Financial Services and Telecoms. She has previously delivered transformation programmes and internal restructuring and is able to apply the very best practice to the running of our business.

Chris has extensive Cost Optimisation experience within the IT & Digital space particularly for the Finance & Insurance sector.  He has held a number of senior positions at globally renowned financial institutions, with a key focus in Digital and Cloud Strategy, Big Data Platforms, DevOps Tooling and Application Management.

Joe has over 15 years of procurement experience across both industry and consulting across all elements of procurement: procurement, supplier risk and supplier management. He has worked in a large variety of sectors and brings a broad perspective to the delivery of projects. Joe is a Chartered Banker and has particular expertise in the financial services industry. 

Simon has over 30 year’s experience within the UK financial services sector. Simon has held executive and senior management roles focussed on technical delivery, cyber security, transformational change, commercial and supplier management. As CIO, he was part of the executive team that successfully launched and built Allica Bank, and now as CTO he has a pivotal role in building Nomo in the UK.
